A portfolio of favorite wedding images that best show my style and approach to a wedding day. Relaxed. Photojournalistic. Capturing the event as it unfolds naturally. Combining technique with artistry. Always looking for the heart of any moment, and finding it easily. I never have to look far because it's absolutely everywhere, always. Whether it's grandma kissing a baby or you and your new spouse having a quiet moment, there it is; Love. You'll find me there with my camera. Because what you're really hiring me to do is to remind you in the days and years ahead, that life is precious, and love - YOUR love - is a gift.
Pictures That Move is a signature technique exclusively available by Kukucka Photography. Pictures That Move is a combination of short video clips transitioning to still images of the same scene to create a kind of "moving picture" of the moment. This way of viewing an event, or a portrait session (especially a children's session), reminds us how beautiful our lives are, and how blessed we are to have each other. And how quickly time passes ...
A sample of family, children and headshot portraiture to give you an idea of how I approach portrait sessions. Again, with a relaxed energy, taking time for candids as we get to know each other and as you begin to trust the camera. That way, the smiles will be genuine on the one that hangs on the wall long after the grandchildren have grown, and your now middled-aged kids have begged you to please, oh please, take it down. (They really love the photo - trust me - I was one of those kids and I'm so glad my parents had that photo hanging up for all those years.)
This is where you'll see my weekly features from my weddings, events, engagement sessions and general portrait sessions. I also feature my latest Pictures That Move videos here. Please "like" my Facebook page and you'lI automatically see my latest work in your news feed. With the BLOG preview, I usually take my favorite photos and then fine-tune them technically and artistically to bring them to the highest quality. That is also the quality you will find in my Fine Arts Albums.
I look forward to featuring YOUR photos on this "best of" blog sneak peek!
A photo journal that combines my Fine Arts photography with some of my writing. Topics include all things heart related. I get personal here because I know we all share the feelings I write about - loneliness, hope, sadness, joy, appreciation for life in general - all the reasons we decided to come to Camp Earth for a while. We're all such brave and adventurous souls! Sometimes just a photo doesn't say it - and that's when I call on words. I look forward to publishing some of my best musings from this blog in an upcoming book entitled, "Let Me Be Your Camera", 2019.
I would love to hear from you regarding your photography needs - whether you need wedding coverage, acting headshots, an updated family portrait, or a Pictures That Move session of your toddler (my favorite!). I'll be happy to email you a detailed PDF of my pricing and package options, and we can go from there.
