A portfolio of favorite wedding images that best show my style and approach to a wedding day. Relaxed. Photojournalistic. Capturing the event as it unfolds naturally. Combining technique with artistry. Always looking for the heart of any moment, and finding it easily. I never have to look far because it's absolutely everywhere, always. Whether it's grandma kissing a baby or you and your new spouse having a quiet moment, there it is; Love. You'll find me there with my camera. Because what you're really hiring me to do is to remind you in the days and years ahead, that life is precious, and love - YOUR love - is a gift.
Pictures That Move is a signature technique available exclusively by Kukucka Photography. Pictures That Move is a technique that combines still images with video clips of the same scene, to create a kind of "moving picture" of the moment. Designed to move the heart as well as the moment, this technique is highly recommended for children's sessions, weddings, birthdays and general events.
This is the section where I combine words with photos, often featuring my most recent work or ramblings. I tend to focus on heart-related things here, more than photography or video techniques. You can see that work in my other sections. This section is where I show and share my heart - because truly, take the camera away and it's all I have to share anyway. It's the only valuable guidance I have. Grab a tea and have a look around. I'd be honored to have your company in these places we ALL know.
This is where you can view samples of my headshot photography and my THIS IS ME videos. This section is specifically geared toward actors and models - though this portrait technique can also be used as a "meet your CEO" introduction for a website. There are numerous ways this "breathing portfolio" technique can be used to brand and market a person, idea, or company. Take a look at some recent videos and let me know if this interests you. I would LOVE to create something unique WITH you!
I would love to hear from you regarding your photography needs - whether you need wedding coverage, acting headshots, an updated family portrait, or a Pictures That Move session of your toddler (my favorite!). My prices are all listed here, and I'm open to working within your budget if possible. (We're all in this together - and I'm only holding God's camera.)
Weddings and events are booked on a first come, first served basis, with a deposit to hold the date. Portrait sessions are limited to weekdays during the wedding season.
Just contact me. I'm not a hardass about any of this.
A sample of family, children and headshot portraiture to give you an idea of how I approach portrait sessions. Again, with a relaxed energy, taking time for candids as we get to know each other and as you begin to trust the camera. That way, the smiles will be genuine on the one that hangs on the wall long after the grandchildren have grown, and your now middled-aged kids have begged you to please, oh please, take it down. They secretly LOVE the photo, trust me. That said, it's ok to update ... :)
